Preaching both expository and topical material from within the Reformed tradition, he displays a consistently high standard of clarity and power.  Since 1970 he has preached and lectured in twelve countries besides his own. He has written over 100 articles on doctrinal questions and aspects of preaching and pastoral theology.  His nine major books are models of presentational clarity. Some are Bible commentaries; others cover doctrinal themes; all are edifying and very readable.

 

For any achievement Stuart Olyott would be the first to insist that the triune God must receive ALL the glory.

Stuart Olyott has expressed his conviction that all Christian ministry must be carried out in line with the spirit of our Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ, who expressed it in this way: “Freely you have received, freely give” (Matthew 10:8)
