Whilst on Paul's second missionary journey, Paul and Silas are beaten and imprisoned in Philippi. But this did not discourage them or bring them down. They didn't worry or need to think up a new action plan. Instead they continued preaching the good news of Jesus Christ within the prison. They were able to pray and sing praises to God regardless of their circumstances, saw God act in a mighty way and their Jailer find salvation as a result.
