I know life is hectic but surely you can spare 7 minutes?  Time is so valuable, so precious and yet additional time can't be bought by even the richest.  Do any of us know how much more time we have?  Let's make sure we

use it wisely.  What else will you be doing in the next 7 minutes that could transform your life?  Perhaps if you leave it for now and then come back it will be too late!  There really is no time like the present.
